Terms and Conditions

T’s & C’s…they’re not much fun to read, and they’re less fun to have to enforce, but it’s better that we establish the way things will work right at the outset, so we can avoid any awkward conversations later.

My pledge to you :

 

I aim to run my business in a completely professional and ethical manner – therefore, I will hold myself to the same rules outlaid below – in particular, if I am unable to fulfil an appointment, if I cannot get a suitable replacement to deliver it for you, and we are within the required notice period, your next session will be FREE OF CHARGE.

Thank you in advance for adhering to these regulations.

In order for you to get the maximum benefit from your coaching, please note the following T’s & C’s currently in place:

All Coaching product types:

 

  • All sessions are subject to availability;
  • Payment must be made at the time of booking;
  • A minimum of 24hrs notice is required to cancel / reschedule a session or the full fee will still be charged (this includes no-shows);
  • No refunds or exchanges can be made on any Coaching services / products;

Expiry:

 

  • Unused Coaching products expire 3 months from date of purchase;
  • Coaching Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and the coaching product purchased must be used in full by the expiry date;
  • A “re-activation” fee (currently £40) can be paid to re-activate expired 1:1 / Shared Coaching sessions for an extra 3 months (from the date of the fee being paid) as long as the Sessions have not been expired for more than 3 months already;

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time without notice.

All reasonable means will be made to inform existing customers as soon as possible should changes occur.
